Credit Analyst

Parke Bank is a full-service commercial bank with the emphasis on providing personal and business financial services to individuals and small-sized businesses primarily in Gloucester, Atlantic and Cape May counties in New Jersey and Philadelphia and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania. Parke Bank commenced operations in January 1999. The principal office is located at 601 Delsea Drive, Sewell, NJ. We conduct business in branches located in Northfield, NJ, Galloway, NJ, Collingswood, NJ, two branches in Sewell, NJ as well as two branches in Philadelphia, PA. We are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst who will work under the supervision of the Chief Credit Officer to provide support to all lending personnel by performing cash flow and collateral analysis, in addition to completing written qualitative and quantitative analysis for new loan request, extensions and annual reviews.

Job Skills Required:

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, and/or a minimum of three years of experience in financial statement analysis in a commercial banking environment. Strong knowledge of commercial loan transactions and documentation. Strong analytical skills and knowledge lending with emphasis on CRE, C&I and construction lending. Advanced knowledge and understanding of business and personal financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow modeling. PC proficient including Microsoft Office; working knowledge of loan accounting and administration operating systems. Familiarity with credit policies and regulatory guidelines for commercial and consumer loan transactions. Excellent oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Job Duties:

Analyze business and personal financial information to identify the credit risk and worthiness of prospective clients. Conduct review of balance sheet, profit and loss statements, cash flows, financial projections, rent rolls and other financial data submitted in support of various types of commercial loans. Spread financial statements and prepare cash flow schedules using manual or automated spread sheet software; study and evaluate the information and prepare written analysis reports for use by the Lender in preparing recommendations. Input receipt of borrower and guarantor financial statements and tax returns into the Banks operating system. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Chief Credit Officer as it relates to the Credit Risk Management Department function.

Work Hours:

8:15 am - 5 pm, in office.
