SUMMARY:

Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the following Member Services sub departments: Debit Card Processing, Escheatment, and IRA/CD areas. Provides advice and direction to direct and indirect reports, monitoring the efficiency, quality and quantity of work produced. Oversees departmental activities to ensure objectives are met. Evaluates Department processes and procedures, recommends changes to streamline, and creates efficiencies in operations. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or a minimum of eight years directly related experience required Minimum five years of retail/credit banking experience including three years in a supervisory role required.

This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
