Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is looking for an Accounts Receivable intern for immediate hire at our Exeter, Pennsylvania location. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of responsibilities within the Finance Department including but not limited to the list below. This is a paid internship; compensation to be discussed upon hire.

Minimum Weekly Requirement:

This will be a part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week during the semester. Given student class schedules and other commitments, we can be flexible in work hours and scheduling.

Internship Duration:

This internship has a minimum expected duration of one semester; however, can be extended to include additional semesters and/or Summer/Winter breaks if agreed upon by both parties.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Help with accounts receivable statement reconciliation Assist in mailing invoice copies Mail monthly print statements Matching return credits to deductions Reconcile customer return deductions to credit processed Cash application preparation Retrieving invoice and credit copies Maintain spreadsheets of account reconciliations

Key Requirements:

Applicants should be a Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting major with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional skills in organization, the ability to multi-task, and must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
