Job Description

The Opportunity:
As a Credit Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial lending team.
You will:
Perform in-depth financial statement analysis, cash flow evaluation, and collateral assessment. Prepare clear and thorough credit approval memorandums to support lending decisions. Partner with loan officers to monitor pipeline activity and ensure efficient decision-making. Conduct annual renewals and ongoing relationship reviews, assigning appropriate risk ratings. Support compliance and reporting needs, including audit assistance and portfolio monitoring.

Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of credit analysis experience preferred; minimum 1-3 years required. Strong skills in financial statement interpretation, cash flow analysis, and regulatory knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written/verbal communication. Professional, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
