QUALIFICATIONS
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve customer inquiries Ability to work onsite 3-4 days per week in the King of Prussia (KOP) office Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes Experience in collections, including resolving outstanding account balances, documenting all collection activity, and maintaining detailed account notes Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies by partnering with appropriate internal departments Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
OVERVIEW
The Credit Analyst will support both credit and collections functions, with a primary focus on driving cash flow and ensuring timely payments from customers. This role involves monitoring accounts flagged for compliance, collection activity, account and account balances. Working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate communication, documentation, and execution of all actions taken. The analyst will also assist in reinstating services for customers who have resolved outstanding balances, ensuring processes are followed efficiently to restore service. The position requires strong customer service skills, as it involves direct interaction with customers to resolve payment issues while maintaining a positive experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, has a detail-oriented mindset, and possesses basic Excel proficiency. This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work.
COMPENSATION
Starting at $17/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
