Job Description

Job Description Civic Central Credit Union was chartered in 1939 to serve the needs of the Missouri Division of Employment Security employees. Today, membership at the credit union is open to federal, state, and local government employees and retirees in the counties of Cole, Boone, Callaway, Miller, Moniteau, and Osage. With a strong focus on personalized service, Civic Central CU offers a full range of banking products-including loans, savings, and checking accounts-alongside convenient access to a shared branch network and mobile services. Known for its financial stability, excellent asset quality, and commitment to community values, Civic Central CU remains a trusted partner for its members. With over $95 million in assets, Civic Central Credit Union, located in Jefferson City, Missouri, is currently in search of a senior credit union executive to serve as their President/CEO. The incoming executive will work with the board to strategically lead the credit union and position the organization in the community. Responsibilities will include developing and owning a strategic plan, stimulating loan growth, evaluation of new products and services, and developing dashboards that communicate the financial position of the credit union to the board of directors. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of management experience within a financial institution, proven leadership skills, and strong analytical skills.
