Full Job Description Summary:

The Portfolio Manager (PM) works to support the revenue generation for Relationship Managers (RM) and Market Presidents for the Manufactured Housing Communities (MHC) division within the Specialty Lending Group (SLG). The Portfolio Manager helps drive the profitability of FirstBank's loan portfolios by applying an expert level of credit skill and knowledge when facilitating discussions between the Sales and Credit/Risk functions with respect to client credit quality and financial analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Primarily performs underwriting (financial analysis) and writes Credit Loan Approval Packages Conducts on-going portfolio management through Annual Credit Reviews Analyzes New/Renewal/Restructuring existing deals (ranging from $1MM - $10MM) Identifies credit financial risks on proposed structure and helps mitigate issues/risks

Qualifications:

Education and/or

Experience:

Bachelor's degree required, Accounting or Finance preferred, Masters a plus 5+ years of C&I and/or Commercial Real Estate underwriting, preferably in the banking environment. The ideal candidate would have some knowledge of the Manufactured Housing industry.
