The Opportunity As the Manager, you will plan, direct, and control all credit union activities in alignment with the strategic vision established by the Board of Directors. You will be the champion of our financial stability, member satisfaction, and workplace culture—balancing the best interests of our members, our employees, and the credit union as a whole.
Provide overarching direction across all core functional areas, including Finance, Accounting, ALM, Lending, Compliance, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Marketing.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, continuously analyzing workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize the use of staff and facilities.
Team & Culture Builder:
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate talent. Lead regular meetings to foster open communication, clear transparency, and an exchange of innovative ideas across the organization.
Financial Stewardship:
Develop and implement financial policies, manage the annual budget in alignment with our strategic plan, and oversee the credit union's investment and capital strategies.
Community & Growth Advocate:
Drive business development initiatives to expand our field of membership. Build strong, positive relationships with local organizations, trade associations, and stakeholders.
Board Collaboration & Governance:
Partner closely with the Board of Directors to provide direction on the credit union, while ensuring strict compliance with NCUA regulations and all state/federal laws. What You Bring to the
Table Proven Credit Union Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of credit union experience, specifically encompassing operations and accounting. A strong track record in a leadership role is highly preferred.
Regulatory Expertise:
Deep familiarity with National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) regulations and state/federal financial laws.
Inspirational Leadership:
A proven ability to unite, inspire, and align a team and a Board of Directors around shared strategic goals.
Exceptional Communication:
Brilliant verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to advocate for the credit union internally and externally.

A highly ethical approach to financial leadership and community stewardship.
