We are searching for a full-time, in-office Credit Manager to work in our Amarillo, Texas location. This position's primary responsibilities include development and maintenance of credit policies and procedures including all credit delivery systems necessary to achieve compliance. This will include, but is not limited to, electronic credit delivery and analysis systems; development and maintenance of credit forms; coordination with loan accounting; monitoring of portfolio performance; reporting related to credit activities; administration of an ongoing internal credit monitoring program; oversight of special assets; and other functions applicable to efficient, effective credit delivery.Day-to Day-Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with association staff to develop and maintain an efficient credit delivery system. This system will include, but not be limited to, credit application systems (Retail, AgFast and Conventional); credit analysis and documentation systems; credit forms and legal documents essential to maintain valid liens; and interfaces between credit systems and SharePoint programs. Maintains current knowledge of compliance regulation and communicates with staff to facilitate compliance. Develops systems for credit monitoring and evaluation. Administers the association's ongoing administrative credit monitoring process including the development of monitoring tools and follow-up procedures to evaluate and report on compliance with policies and procedures. Performs ongoing monitoring and analysis of exceptions to credit policy and procedures. Identifies credit administrative deficiencies and develops corrective actions plans on all deficiencies noted in any regulatory exam or Internal Credit Review (ICR) conducted. Develops, monitors and maintains periodic credit reports exhibiting compliance with association policies and procedures, FCA, FCBT, FSA, FMAC, and other reporting requirements. Prepares monthly and quarterly credit monitoring reports for the board. Prepares periodic reporting of credit information to the FCBT and FCA. Coordinates with all external units conducting exams (FCA), reviews (FCBT and ICR contractor) and due diligence audits (FMAC) to assure that credit information is provided in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures that all assigned loans are properly risk rated, assigned loss given defaults are correct and performance status assignments are proper. Complies with proper credit administration practices as outlined in the association's policies and procedures. What You Bring to theTeam:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience and five (5) or more years of related experience in the areas of credit, finance and accounting. Experience should include the administration of credits and/or credit policies on commercial and mortgage loans. Supervisory experience preferred. Ag lending experience preferred.General knowledge of the following:
General knowledge of accounting/financial systems. Specialized knowledge of accounting/finance principles. Skill in oral and written communication. Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications. Specialized knowledge of routine and complex credit arrangements, association administration and accounting policies, credit delivery systems, reports and reporting systems, common business guidelines, FCA, Consumer Lending and other laws and regulations applicable to lending. Assignments are broad and complex in nature requiring originality, ingenuity, and leadership; has appreciable latitude for decision making; works under minimum supervision.Our Benefits:
