Your new opportunity We're looking for a skilled and motivated Credit Controller to join our Finance team - someone who combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Why this role matters This is a pivotal role supporting the organisation's financial health - ensuring income is collected effectively, minimising risk, and strengthening financial stability. You'll take ownership of the credit control function, working closely with colleagues across services to drive timely payments, improve processes, and make a tangible impact on performance. This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Based at our Finance Office in Quarriers Village (The Gateway) Agile working in place - a blend of office-based and home working Occasional travel may be required depending on the needs of the role and wider organisation Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who is confident, detail-focused and able to operate independently - but who also values collaboration.

You will bring:

Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confidence working with financial systems and data A professional, customer-focused mindset.
