Banking Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a community bank in Wisconsin in the search for a Senior Credit Analyst.Responsibilities:
Analyze commercial credit opportunities, including financial statements, cash flow, and risk factors. Prepare clear, concise credit memos with well-supported recommendations. Partner with lenders to structure deals and assess risk. Monitor existing credits and identify potential concerns or opportunities. Support the overall credit quality of the loan portfolio. Coach, mentor, and help train junior Credit Analysts. Contribute to the development of best practices and credit standards.Qualifications:
3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience. Strong financial analysis and credit underwriting skills. Ability to evaluate complex credit structures and risk profiles. Experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior team members. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
