Job Description

What You'll Do As a Credit Manager , you'll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly and our partners happy.
You will:
Maintain detailed documentation of all collection efforts. Review and monitor credit sources, credit files, customer applications and delinquent accounts. Research disputed account balances and resolve issues. Communicate account and credit limits to customer, Customer Service and Business Development Team. Review customer credit applications, establish and communicate credit terms based on Hallmark parameters. Assist with unmatched cash to accounts. Responsible for calculating and applying for supplier credits and invoices. Responsible for applying cash received through bank lockbox and ACH to customer invoices. Support external and internal audits as needed. Perform special projects and other duties assigned by the Chief Financial Officer. Desired Skills and Experience Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and banking procedures. Ability to balance multiple priorities and approach work proactively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow up consistently. Analytical problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Ability to leverage and incorporate AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
