Credit & Collections Specialist - Immediate Opportunity with Direct Ownership of Accounts Step into a key role managing collections, credit, and accounts receivable processes. This is a

Individual contributor role with direct ownership of accounts Opportunity to support customers in the healthcare space Immediate start with hands-on training Mix of collections, credit management, and customer communication responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Manage collections and reduce past-due balances Handle credit approvals and assess customer risk Support the full order-to-cash process Invoice material items with sales tax impact Work with leasing companies on deposits, credit approvals, and tax implications Monitor aging reports and maintain customer communication Partner with internal teams to resolve payment disputes Support cash application reporting and account updates
What You Bring:
SAP experience, preferred Experience with collections, accounts receivable, and credit management Experience with order-to-cash processes Ability to close approximately 20 invoices daily Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills If you are looking for an immediate opportunity where you can step in quickly, take ownership of your work, and support an established team, this role is worth a conversation.
