Job Description

Credit Reimbursement Specialist Insight Global Health is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Reimbursement Specialist to support hospital billing operations within Patient Financial Services. This role is responsible for working high-volume credit balance reports, reviewing and resolving approximately 40-50 accounts per day by following clearly defined workflows and standard operating procedures. The specialist will analyze hospital billing accounts to identify credit balances, perform issue identification and reconciliation of payments (including insurance and patient overpayments, posting errors, and discrepancies), and process appropriate adjustments or refunds. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to research and document root causes of credit balances, and comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment.
