About Superior Decks & Railings Superior Decks & Railings is a growing construction-focused company delivering high-quality solutions for multi-family and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on strong customer relationships, operational excellence, and a collaborative team environment. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Credit Specialist to support our finance and operations teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate project billing and supporting the launch of dealer credit processes.
Key Responsibilities Billing:
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices based on project milestones and contract terms
  • Manage progress billing, retainage, change orders, and final billing
  • Partner with project managers and accounting to ensure billing accuracy
  • Track billing schedules and follow up on outstanding items
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries and provide documentation
Credit & Collections:
  • Support implementation of credit processes for new dealer business
  • Assist with credit applications, references, and financial reviews
  • Monitor customer payment performance and credit limits
  • Monitor A/R aging and follow-up on past due accounts to support timely collection Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of construction industry billing experience
  • Experience with project-based or progress billing
  • Exposure to credit processes
  • Experience with A/R collections process
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
