Duties:

Process and review credit applications for new and existing customers, including customer account setup, file maintenance, and accurate recordkeeping. Research customer creditworthiness using CreditSafe, financial resources, trade references, and bank information to support credit decisions. Establish and maintain customer credit limits in partnership with the VP of Credit while ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures. Serve as a primary point of contact for sales partners, management, customers, and references regarding credit approvals, account updates, and credit-related inquiries. Maintain tracking logs, document customer account activity, and update account information including contact details, billing preferences, and account consolidations. Support the day-to-day operations of the Credit Department by handling order approval requests, researching account changes, and completing additional projects as assigned.
