Role Overview :

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an Infor Syteline Cash Application Specialist. Our client is looking for an Infor Syteline Cash Application Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for 2-3 months. This role is part time and will consist of 15-20 hours /week. They are seeking candidates that have experience with both cash application and Infor Syteline. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately!

Key Responsibilities :

Post incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) to the correct customer accounts in the ERP/accounting system. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, and unapplied cash in a timely manner. Match payments to remittance information from bank lockboxes, email remittances, or payment portals. Collaborate with collections, billing, and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
