Responsibilities for the Mortgage Collections and Loss Mitigation Specialist include but are not limited to: Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers regarding loss mitigation and collections-related inquiries Perform inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve delinquent mortgage accounts and negotiate payment solutions Analyze borrower financials to determine eligibility for retention options including forbearance and loan modifications, or liquidation options such as short sale and deed in lieu Maintain accurate documentation and ensurepliance with investor guidelines,pany policies, and regulatory requirements Candidates for the Mortgage Collections and and Loss Mitigation Specialist Specialist role must meet the following requirements to be considered: 3+ years of Loss Mitigation and Mortgage Collections experience Strong knowledge of investor guidelines including FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC Experience with collections, loss mitigation, mortgage servicing, bankruptcy procedures, and Fair Debt Collection regulations Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills with strong negotiation, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What's in this Mortgage Collections and Loss Mitigation Specialist Specialist position for you?

Pay Details:
