Immediate We are seeking an experienced Private Banking Credit Specialist to support a high-performing private banking and wealth management team in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong credit underwriting and portfolio management expertise who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze, structure, and underwrite credit facilities for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Prepare detailed credit memorandums, financial analyses, and risk assessments. Review personal and business financial statements, tax returns, liquidity positions, and collateral structures. Partner with Relationship Managers, Private Bankers, and Risk teams to deliver tailored lending solutions. Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify emerging risks. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements. Support loan renewals, modifications, and annual credit reviews. Participate in client meetings and provide credit expertise throughout the lending process. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Private Banking Credit, Wealth Management Credit, Commercial Credit, or Lending . Strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles, risk analysis, and loan structuring. Experience working with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. Ability to analyze complex financial statements and borrowing structures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Must be authorized to work in the United States. Available to start immediately. Preferred Qualifications Experience with securities-based lending, residential real estate lending, and bespoke credit solutions. Prior experience within international, private, or wealth management banking environments. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. Work Arrangement Hybrid role based in Miami, FL Combination of on-site and remote work schedule. Contractor/consultant engagement.
