Hellas is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Credit Card & Accounting Specialist to join our Accounting team in Cedar Park, TX. This role will be responsible for managing the company credit card program, supporting expense reporting processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with accounting-related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with employees across multiple departments to ensure company credit card activity, expense documentation, coding, reconciliations, and approvals are completed accurately and on time. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as well as strong Microsoft Excel skills. Key Responsibilities Manage the company credit card program, including card issuance, updates, cancellations, limits, and user support. Review, reconcile, and monitor company credit card activity to ensure accurate coding, documentation, and compliance with company policies. Follow up with employees and managers regarding missing receipts, incomplete expense reports, coding questions, and approval delays. Support expense reporting processes in Concur, including account setup, training, coding, approvals, reporting, and system uploads. Assist with fraud claims, disputed charges, replacement cards, and related communication with credit card providers. Maintain accurate records for credit card transactions, employee card assignments, approvals, and supporting documentation. Prepare reports and reconciliations related to credit card activity, expense reporting, and assigned accounting functions. Assist with accounting support tasks such as invoice review, account coding, journal entry support, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities as needed. Partner with internal departments to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of required accounting documentation. Support compliance with internal controls, company policies, and documentation requirements. Handle confidential financial and employee information with professionalism and discretion. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. Prior accounting, accounts payable, expense reporting, credit card administration, or related finance experience required. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems preferred. Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred. General understanding of accounting principles, coding, reconciliations, and financial documentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or missing information. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the company. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
