Loan Processor (Entry Level).

Starting Salary:

$17/hr ($18/hr- Sat/Sun).

We empower our Loan Processors to reach new heights with monthly bonuses of up to $1,250, totaling an annual potential of $15,000. Key Responsibilities Professionally interact with new and existing customers via phone, email and text providing the highest level of customer service at all times. Follow strict loan application review guidelines ensuring applications are complete and accurate. Contact existing customers who are 1-30 days past due and use successful negotiation tactics to bring their accounts current. Meet or exceed loan funding, collections and call performance targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Qualifications Minimum two years of recent call center experience or retail customer service experience required (any field of financial services preferred). Loan application review experience a plus. Collections experienced a plus. Demonstrated ability to achieve required metrics and goals consistently. A team player that thrives in a competitive environment. Ability to multitask. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
