o Go above and beyond for clients o Foster a supportive and empowering environment for associates o Deeply invest in the well-being of our local community Position Overview Under general supervision, the Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding support to the Loan Servicing Operations Department with emphasis in but not limited to processing Loan Payments, exceptions and corrections and Automatic Loan Payment request as well as doing any necessary research in accordance with specific instructions and established work procedures. Roles and Responsibilities Works within and complies with established operational and compliance quality standards and service levels at a highly productive level Responsible for processing loan payments and Automatic Loan Payment requests Process fee waiver requests Resolve credit balances Perform careful and timely review of various MSP reports to ensure system integrity Additional tasks as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school graduate with some college level education or equivalent combination and experience Minimum of 2 years mortgage experience Ability to maintain good relationship with other employees Analytical thinking ability, diplomacy, and professionalism are required Task oriented with the ability to work on deadline Excellent verbal and written communication skills Moderate computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills What Makes Fremont Bank Associates Thrive?
