Asset Resolution Specialist - Mandarin-Speaking (On-Site) Acceler8Networks Rowland Heights, CA Job Details Temporary | Full-time | Contract $26 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Mandarin Microsoft Excel Bachelor's degree Attention to detail Client services Outbound calling Productivity software Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Acceler8Networks is working with a well-established bank in the San Gabriel Valley and is looking to bring on an experienced Asset Resolution Specialist to assist the Mortgage Department in collections calls and assisting customers in setting up payment arrangements and payment deferment. The role focuses on overdue payments for Single Family Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit and Credit Cards while minimizing collection costs and loan losses on assigned accounts. This will be a 6+ month contract with potential for permanent hire if performance expectations are met!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Make collection calls on delinquent SFR mortgage, home equity lines of credit (HELOC) and credit cards obtaining reason for delinquency. Verify customer contact information and accurately document conversation into the collections servicing systems. Assist customers in setting payment arrangements while adhering to the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act (FDCPA) and internal policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with state, federal regulations, and investor guidelines. May perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Recent mortgage operations experience or Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred Read, Speak, Write Chinese (Mandarin) preferred Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel and the ability to quickly learn new technologies FIS or Black Knights LPS systems proficiency preferred Understanding of international and diverse customer segmentation Call Center or Customer Service experience in a banking environment preferred Requires close attention to detail, excellent verbal communication along with interpersonal and client service skills
