Loan Services Representative II or III

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Services Representative II or III to join our Loan Operations team. This role is responsible for accurately boarding newly funded loans into the servicing system, ensuring all loan data is complete, compliant, and aligns with company and regulatory requirements. Duties Provide prompt, efficient and accurate customer service to internal and external customers. Utilize resources within the department to resolve customer problems and ensure that all customers receive an initial response on a same day basis. Prepare loan documentation as assigned, ensuring that all terms and conditions outlined on the credit approval document are included and that all appropriate documents are included for the specific loan request to ensure that the Bank is adequately protected. Verify loan terms including interest rate, payment schedule, principal balance, and escrow details Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information prior to boarding Board new loans into the loan servicing system with a high level of accuracy Ensure all data entered aligns with approved loan documentation Perform quality control checks on boarded loans Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Assist with system updates, loan transfers, and corrections as needed Meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times Review loan documents (e.g., promissory notes, closing disclosures, funding sheets) for completeness and accuracy Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years banking experience preferred Interpersonal skills to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with customers and other employees. Moderate to strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and core systems. Moderate working knowledge of commercial and consumer lending compliance regulations. Moderate working knowledge of loan platforms, commercial and consumer loans. Ability to cross-train into other job functions.

Proficiency with standard office equipment:

computer, typewriter, calculator, MICR encoder, fax machine. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay:

$21.40 - $33.17 per hour
