Job Duties:

Assist with client requests and provide an exceptional customer experience: Maintain an excellent working relationship with clients Monitor, track, and follow up on client problems requiring direct resolution Process requests, reports, and additional items: Process daily client funding requests Perform daily collections, verification and accounts receivable functions Approves and recommends account debtor credit limits Manage customer related accounting activities Identify non-earning assets and/or collateral for potential write-offs Identify and attempt to cure defaults Participate in group mailings and verifications Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
