$24-25/hr Branch hours:
M-F:
9:00am - 5:00pm (working hours 8:30 to 5:30 or hours close to that)
Responsibilities:
Work in a small 2-person branch opening new accounts and processing all transactions for new accounts, certificates, and IRAs. Process member transactions for account changes, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, travelers' checks, savings bonds, and money orders. Answer member questions regarding credit union products and services. Input loan applications, follow up on loan decisions and fund loans. Follow credit union policies and procedures to protect the credit union loss or fraud. Meets or exceeds assigned performance standards and goals. Stays informed of credit union products and services.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of teller and opening new accounts experience within a credit union or bank. Taking loan applications for auto and personal loans and loan funding experience. Bilingual Spanish preferred. 10 Key, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet. Symitar knowledge preferred. Demonstrated ability of handling a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skill. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with loan origination systems.
