Call Center Representative - Mortgage Services Englewood, CO 80112 | Fully Onsite We're hiring an experienced Call Center Representative to support a premier national mortgage lender at their Englewood, CO location. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced call center environment. What You'll Do Handle inbound calls from residential homeowners with mortgage‑related questions, resolving concerns on the first call whenever possible. Support customers with topics such as payments, address changes, online account access, escrow inquiries, and mortgage‑specific items including PMI removal. Conduct outbound outreach to customers to provide payment assistance, answer questions, and help bring accounts up to date. Provide professional, service‑oriented support while confidently discussing payment arrangements when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of call center/contact center experience. Strong job stability preferred for this long‑term role. Comfortable multitasking on a computer while on calls (dual monitors, MS Office). Customer‑focused communicator who is confident discussing payments in a service‑oriented manner. Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Pay:

$20-$23/HR depending on experience and bilingual (Spanish) skills

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm; must be available to work one Saturday a month
