Credit Representative

This assignment is a full-time position Monday- Friday 7AM-4PM (Summer) 7AM-5PM (Winter) Saturday work is required as the work load dictates.

A Successful Candidate will have:

• Willingness to initiate calls with customers that are past due on credit terms Responsible for collecting payments and settle accounts Strong organization/ time management skills Exemplary Customer Service Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail Desire to work in a team environment

Daily Functions and Responsibilities:

Will run reports to discover past due account balances Input customer data and collect payments through our databases Running and processing credit cards and manage monthly invoicing for customers If you meet the above profile, we want to speak with you.
