Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Description Essex Bank's fast-growing Loan Department is looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of Loan Servicing Specialist to perform all facets of mortgage and loan servicing. The qualifications and attributes required for this position include: Process paid mortgage/loan documentation, construction loan disbursements, loan payoffs and follow-ups on maturing accounts. Handle bill payments and reconciliations Track Insurance details including record maintenance, data entry, policy follow-up, monthly reporting, and escrow insurance premium payments. Customer Service support to aid branch personnel and customers with loan questions/concerns. Administration duties including research, coworkers and manager task assistance, preparing closing documents, setting up accounts. Maintain tax payment records, disburse tax payments and follow-up on non-escrowing tax payments. Prepare and remit investor loan payments and participation loan payments. Prepare other various reports including delinquency and Fannie Mae 582. Assist with Commercial Loan Origination and Commercial Servicing. Cross-train within the Loan/Mortgage Administration Department to assist other areas during vacations and time of need. Education and/or

Experience:

High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training.
