Job Description:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Loan Servicing professional to join their client's dynamic banking team in Waterbury, Connecticut. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to a team focused on delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the loan servicing department. Handling and organizing loan documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies. Assisting with customer inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources. Coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with team members to streamline operations and improve processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial or loan servicing sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1st shift
Benefits:
