Full Job Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Accurately complete approved/authorized loan maintenance requests received from various Lending areas including, Scheduled Review Updates, Loan Officer Changes, Risk Rating Changes, Document Request Updates and Tickler Updates Process loan payments accurately and timely in accordance with payment schedule Assist with updating

system with insurance renewal policies Assist Loan Operations staff with completion of various daily tasks including daily reports, scanning and other tasks as needed Assist Loan Operations staff in maintaining an accurate inventory and tracking of all Collateral and Credit loan files Assist Loan Operations staff in filing of Collateral files and documents as received Responsible for the review of new Collateral loan files in accordance with procedures Assist Loan Operations staff with the retrieval of credit and collateral files in preparation for audits, examinations, refiling, etc. Develop a strong working knowledge of loan documentation based on type of loan Regular and predictable attendance Adhere to all the policies, procedures, and requirements outlined in the Employee Handbook Comply with all Bank policies, procedures, audit requirements, and federal regulations as related to this position Complete all required training within deadlines as related to this position Perform other related duties as assigned
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
