We sell diesel, gasoline, marine fuels and oils/lubricant. We haves an immediate opening for a Credit Manager. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid background in credit processing/collections and a desire to work for a fast-paced corporate organization. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have a "roll-up your sleeves" attitude. Palmdale Oil has an immediate opening for a Credit Processor position at our Palm Beach Gardens Headquarters office. The Credit Processor will be responsible for supporting the credit and collections team by managing various customer account tasks. This includes contacting customers to resolve outstanding items and delinquent receivables promptly, processing credit applications, and setting up approved accounts. Additionally, the Credit Processor reviews customer accounts to ensure accuracy and takes appropriate actions to help secure timely payments. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities You will be assisting the Credit Manager in diverse activities to maintain all open accounts receivable items. Contacting customers to ensure all open items are resolved in a timely manner and delinquent aged receivables are researched and resolved quickly processing credit applications through the online Bectran software program. setting up approved accounts into our Factor software dealing with sales personnel and customers regarding new accounts. assisting customers with account questions accurately reviewing customer accounts and taking the necessary actions to ensure that payment is received Job Requirements High School Diploma College Education preferred Exceptional Customer Service Skills Self-motivating while having a team synergy Excellent verbal and written skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite Positive and Professional Demeanor Stable Work History Benefits Our employees and their well-being are important to us.
