Government Lending 7a USDA Specialist SouthState Bank, N.A. Analyze customer requests to modify the SBA loan, including credit and collateral decisions Analyze financial spreads and recommend if a deferment is an appropriate solution for a customer Assist customers at a high level of service while following the SOP Guidelines for each credit decision Document each customer request and modification making sure the loans are well secured Complete all training as defined by Compliance including any available SBA training Ability to identify loan exceptions and errors, and provide a workable solution Ability to work with a customer when the request is denied
Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
High School and some Collage preferred
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in
SBA Licenses and Certifications:
SBA Loan Servicing SOP processes and procedures
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to work in PCFS Loan Manager, Excel, Word, Adobe, ETRAN, Navigator Fiserv. Must have knowledge of the SBA's most recent SOP servicing release. Must be capable of working independently Ability to make sound credit recommendations with supporting documentation for final approval Knowledge of SBA SOP and able to work with customers when their request is denied.
