This position focuses on loan and line servicing, account maintenance, and document support in a fast-paced financial environment. Key Responsibilities Loan & Line Maintenance Process non-excepted transactions, including: Payment postings and payoff processing Autopay setup and maintenance Address changes and basic account updates Complete Federal Reserve Loan and Line pledging activities using established checklists Conduct routine audit and quality control reviews based on predefined criteria Perform follow-up outreach to dealerships to obtain outstanding title documentation Track receipt and status of title?related documents Assist with duplicate title requests and required documentation Validate data by comparing source documentation to system records Imaging & Record Retention Support Prepare new consumer loan and line documents for imaging and record retention Required Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including accurate data entry, validation, and spreadsheet maintenance Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness Analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
