COPY LINK link At Adecco, we are recruiting for an experienced Member Services Representative / Consumer Loan Specialist. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional member service while supporting the credit union's sales and lending initiatives. The ideal candidate will confidently assist members with transactions, account services, and consumer loan products while identifying financial solutions that best meet member needs. The successful candidate will possess strongmunication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships with members through professionalism, accuracy, and excellent service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Promote credit union products and services based on member needs identified through member interactions and interviews. Maintain current knowledge of all credit union products, services, policies, lending standards, andpetitor offerings. Counsel members regarding dividend rates and rmend appropriate products and services. Accurately and efficiently process member transactions and service requests. Maintain and balance cash drawers and negotiable instruments in accordance with established procedures. Open new accounts and process account maintenance requests, including savings accounts, certificates, IRA accounts, wire transfers, account closures, stop payments, disputes, deceased accounts, and fraud/security issues. Assist members with debit card issuance, check orders, electronic banking setup, and other ancillary products and services. Provide consumer loan information and applications to members and prospective members. Analyze and process consumer loan applications, including reviewing credit reports, calculating debt obligations, andpleting underwriting procedures. Communicate loan status updates to members and explain loan decisions while exploring alternative solutions when appropriate. Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. Previous banking, credit union, lending, or financial services experience preferred. Knowledge and Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of credit union loan services, lending policies, and procedures. Understanding of consumer lending practices, underwriting standards, and loan documentation. Strongmunication,anizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Business Hours:

Pay Details:
