Job Description
Description In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Loan Servicing; seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine transactional support tasks. Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues. Interact with client personnel on basic information.
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Closing Disclosure Centralized Review Job Summary The Closing Disclosure Centralized Review Analyst is responsible for validating and reviewing disclosures for closed retail mortgage loans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. This role focuses heavily on non‑numeric review, recording fee reconciliation, and verifying that all required information was properly disclosed and supported by documentation. This position operates in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven office environment, where productivity is tracked hourly and attention to detail is critical. The ideal candidate is curious, efficient, and comfortable researching discrepancies while maintaining quality and production standards. Internal training is provided, and the role is well‑suited for both operations professionals and entry‑level candidates/new graduates. Key Responsibilities Review and validate closing disclosures for closed retail mortgage loans Reconcile recording fees, identify variances, and ensure discrepancies are resolved or properly documented Perform detailed review of non‑numeric disclosure data to ensure accuracy and correct presentation Confirm required information was disclosed correctly and supported by appropriate documentation Validate supporting materials, including (but not limited to): Credit reports Closing documentation Recording and fee-related documents Research issues, inconsistencies, or missing information and take appropriate corrective action Document findings clearly and accurately within internal systems Support smaller disclosure‑related processes as assigned Maintain quality and productivity expectations in a time‑tracked operations environment Required Skills & Qualifications Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues Proficiency using computers and multiple systems in an office/operations setting Ability to work quickly and accurately in a production‑driven environment where time is tracked Strong attention to detail, especially in non‑numeric content review Effective problem‑solving skills Willingness and ability to learn quickly; training is provided internally Professional experience working in an office or operations environment (cubicle setting preferred) Dependable, collaborative, and helpful team mindset Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Prior experience in mortgage lending, loan servicing, or loan operations (a plus, not required) Experience working for another lender (may not even be that helpful, process on this team isnt exactly industry standard) Exposure to quality control, compliance review, or disclosure review functions Technical Requirements Strong typing and data‑entry ability Typing test scores must be attached to resume Education High school diploma or equivalent required New graduates are encouraged to apply This team has had strong success training new graduates and individuals early in their careers who are motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in an office operations environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
