Loan Serv icing Representative 2 ( Data Entry Specialist )

Monday-Friday ( 6 AM•2:30 PM / 7 AM•3:30 PM Central Time )

Pay Range:
$20•$21 per hour

Job Duties:
Support increasing operational volume and ensure timely, accurate processing of critical financial transactions within the lending and serv icing workflow. Ensure the accurate and compliant handling of shipping, settlement reviews, and mailbox processing while supporting overall operational efficiency and serv ice delivery goals. Process shipping tasks, settlement statement reviews, and mailbox items with a high level of accuracy. Ensure all work meets company policies and regulatory compliance standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines and serv ice-level expectations. Assist with reporting, tracking, and documentation of operational activities. Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.
Required:
. Clear and professional communication. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Proficiency with standard office tools and systems. Prior experience in lending, banking, or financial operations is nice to have. Relevant coursework or a degree in finance, business, or a related field is nice to have.
