Job Description

Land Home Financial Services is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to support our Escrow Team. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate insurance information and making timely disbursements for insurance policies. •This is an in-office position, Monday -Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm CST.
Responsibilities:
Review and update insurance information within our Servicing platforms Process insurance documents received from insurance carriers, agents, and borrowers Monitor renewals and policy changes Follow all federal and state regulations (ie:
RESPA, CFPB
) Research routine insurance inquiries from borrowers Communicate with borrowers and our Contact Center regarding insurance inquiries Maintain accurate records while verifying insurance information Make timely insurance disbursements Meet quality and production expectations Follow company procedures Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate research and timely payments
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED 1 year Customer Service. Mortgage, Banking, or Insurance experience helpful but not required Basic computer skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Attention to detail Strong Organizational skills and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask Team player Dependability Problem solving Willingness to learn and adaptability Critical thinking
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
