$25.85 A Brief Overview The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist I services the Bank's loan portfolio and follows established lending policies and procedures. This role involves loan input and routine loan maintenance. The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist I is a multi-functional, customer-oriented role that relies on instructions and pre-established procedures to perform the functions of this job. What you will do Input data entry of new loans bookings, loan disbursing, loan file maintenance, and servicing of all loan types on the Bank's core system, with a concentration on commercial loans. Review data input for accuracy and completeness. Process daily functions of all loan records including loan payments, construction draws, advances, participation payments, and payoff requests. Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance for any customer questions about documents or loan data. Monitor Loan Input email account and follow up in a timely manner. Process daily mail pick-ups and drop-offs. Perform other duties as assigned by the Loan Operations and Commercial Loan Support department supervisor/manager. Other Qualifications/Requirements Associate's Degree and minimum 2 years retail banking, loan servicing preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
