Responsibilities:

Utilizing a dialer to contact insurance providers Responsible for interacting with USA Vein Clinics leadership and providing regular performance updates. Proper documentation of interactions Have a full understanding of insurance processing for both in and out of network Ensure all collection efforts are compliant with all applicable rules and regulations
