$17 per hour + mileage reimbursementKey Responsibilities:
Retrieve mail from Post Office (mileage reimbursement provided) Coordinate, validate, deliver consumer specific requests; includes analyzing consumer mail or itemized billings for accuracy Process internal correspondence and account updates Inspect bankruptcy notifications, itemized statements, and settle offers Analyze accounts to resolve balance discrepancies Posting payments and adjustmentsRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Access to vehicle for travel to & from Post Office (mileage reimbursement provided)Preferred Qualifications:
Administrative background Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, & Commercial Insurance Familiarity with the Collection Industry, HIPPA, & FDCPA Experience with Epic EMR system Experience with Finvi - FACS or other Revenue Cycle Management software Experience with PDF creation software Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance and FDCPA Familiarity with the Collection Industry, HIPPA, and FDCPA Employment eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship As a condition of employment, a pre-employment background check will be conducted At this time, we are unable to consider candidates residing in the state of New York for this positionWhat We Offer:
