Job Description
Responsibilities Will be required to know loan and VISA department policies and procedures. Retrieves phone messages left on the loan department voice mail and responds to them regularly throughout the day. Routinely checks and responds to questions from Home Banking. Responsible for responding to random loan department inquiries including but not limited to, phone call questions, book value inquiries, and title questions. Responsible for assisting all loan personnel in any job function as needed. Responsible to maintain, replace, order, printer/fax ribbon or cartridges. Responsible for loan payoff quotes (dual control). Responsible for daily review of the loan payoff report… collateral and/or title releases Responsible for Mortgage Loan payoff quotes and lien releases. Responsible for selling FBFCU ancillary loan products and perform month-end GAP report and balancing. Responsible for loan review, documentation, and imaging. Analyze and data-mine loan applicants credit bureau for potential new loan cross selling opportunities when performing loan application and credit analysis.
