POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for preparing business loan documentation, ensuring the bank has collateral perfection, to adhere to the credit approval and the bank's policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Reviews and determines the appropriate documentation and perfection requirements according to the credit approval within service standard agreements. Examines loan documentation or accuracy, completeness and properly executed signatures. Ensures appropriate due diligence requirements are completed and funds transaction within set authority. Works closely with relationship managers and documentation staff in processing loan and lease transactions. Orders residential loan appraisals on behalf of the RM's utilizing a third-party vendor. Acts as a backup to the International Closing Agent. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position. Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position. Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
One (1) to three (3) years of related experience preferred. Prior commercial loan documentation and perfection of lien experience for titled, non-titled and real estate collateral preferred. Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Maintain good records and file management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
PHYSICAL
Typical office environment, which includes sitting, standing, computer use, lifting up to ten pounds, using office equipment and speaking on a phone.

Office PC, fax, phone and standard office equipment.
