Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Overview:

This role requires an individual who operates with an anticipatory and proactive approach and maintains a solution-oriented mindset. Critical thinking is imperative to solving issues, taking concepts and identifying the needs and turning them into operational solutions. The role requires the ability to model an attitude of collaboration and team work throughout all departments of the bank. The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Answering external and internal customers' inquiries to promote customer satisfaction and quality service. Providing accurate and timely responses by telephone or in writing. Credit verification, escrow inquiries, payment request/issues, TRID payoff requests and other general loan servicing information. Daily overdraft report, Insurance Loss Claims, ordering HELOC checks, making credit corrections via e-oscar Requirements for the position include: A high school diploma (or equivalent) Excel/Word proficiency Customer service experience in a high-demand environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with a team or independently Skilled in ten-key operation The ability to work late and/or flexible hours Preferred qualifications for this role include: 2+ years of loan servicing experience Degree in a business-related field EEO/Veterans/Disabled To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
