The objective of this position is to forge significant personal connections with members during the processing of loan applications, identify opportunities for Feliciana Federal Credit Union to fulfill members' needs, and assist in addressing comprehensive member service inquiries. This role necessitates an individual with excellent communication skills and the capability to deliver tailored member service. Primary Responsibilities

• Ensures a consistently optimal member experience while assisting with loan requests and recognizing opportunities to cross-sell additional services offered by the credit union.
• Responds to member inquiries concerning products and services and addresses basic servicing requests, including new/replacement cards, information updates, PIN reset requests, reordering checks, and basic problem resolution.
• Cultivates relationships with members, staying well-informed about their relationship with the credit union.
• Informs members about standard consumer products and digital solutions such as mobile, online, ATM services, Bill Pay, and Zelle.
• Supports the credit union and colleagues with basic tasks to facilitate member problem resolution.
• Directs members to the management team for more complex financial guidance.
• Adheres to all processes and procedures of the credit union while complying with relevant laws and regulations, including fulfilling responsibilities assigned by the Management team; as a member of the credit union team, ensures effective practices by managing, identifying, and reporting operational risks.
• Meets credit union objectives by recognizing members' needs and offering suitable guidance and insights regarding the credit union's solutions.
• May initiate outbound calls utilizing generated member and prospect lead lists to inform members about new technology and assist them in fulfilling their financial requirements. This position necessitates tracking hours worked beyond 40 per week and qualifies for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is eligible for incentives. Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in communication in person, via phone, and through electronic means
• Capable of frequent computer use, including typing and maintaining focus on a monitor
• Able to lift up to twenty (20) pounds Preferences
• Five (5) years of experience in underwriting and decision-making Skills and Competencies
• Ability to comply with policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Capability to assist members with digital services
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities at once
• Strong focus on member service and relationship-building skills Position Type Full time

Compensation Details Job Range Target:

Pay ranges are specific to the job and serve as a market reference point for compensation decisions. Other factors that directly influence pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contributions, job location, and, most importantly, job performance. As these factors differ among individuals, compensation will also vary among associates in the same role.

Incentive Pay Plans:

This position is eligible to participate in a structured incentive plan. Employees have the opportunity to earn incentives based on their performance against defined metrics.
