Key Responsibilities Process consumer loan applications from initial intake through completion, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance Coordinate member funding activities, including disbursements and verification of required documentation Prepare and review loan packages to ensure completeness and adherence to internal policies and procedures Handle inbound calls and assist members with loan-related questions and service requests Provide ongoing support by resolving miscellaneous loan servicing issues in a timely and professional manner What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of consumer loan servicing experience Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly Prior experience working within a credit union required High school diploma or equivalent required
