Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience:
LES - to manage all inbound calls in an attempt to resolve customer's debts and/or concerns. Customer Service/Collections Experience, preferably phone Escalation/Resolution Experience Assertive Strong negotiation skills Case management experience Ability to deliver consistent and extraordinary service High attention to detail (high quality and low error rates) Ability to work well under pressure/thrives in challenging situations Willingness to adapt to a high speed pace Problem solver Strong work ethic Ability to manage average handle time Flexibility Our client is a leading Banking and Financial and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
