Job Description

Liberty 1 Lending is hiring Loan Officer Assistants who want a structured path into becoming a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. You will learn directly from producers in a Top 10 UWM brokerage environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist Loan Officers with applications & document collection Call warm leads and help build pipeline momentum Provide borrower updates and client communication Support CRM and file organization Learn deal structuring fundamentals Prepare for and pass the
SAFE / NMLS
exam Transition into a commissioned Loan Officer role
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills Comfortable on the phone Competitive and goal-driven Organized and detail-focused Sales/phone sales or customer service experience preferred No mortgage experience required, we train the right person
