This full-time Consumer Loan role supports members by guiding them through loan solutions while delivering a high-touch service experience. The client is a well-established, member-focused financial institution with multiple metro locations, offering strong earning potential, stability, and a collaborative branch environment. Ideal candidates bring lending or financial sales experience, confidence working with numbers, and a consultative approach to meeting customer needs.

JOB DETAILS

Pay Range:

$18.50-$23/hour (base plus monthly incentives; no cap) Direct Hire (DH) opportunity Full-time, non-exempt Standard daytime banking hours, including some Saturdays Onsite at Circle Pines, MN Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, and voluntary benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Consult with customers to take, process, and close consumer loan applications, including auto, personal, credit card, and recreational lending Recommend appropriate financial products and protection options Open and service consumer and small business deposit accounts Support branch sales goals through cross-selling and referrals Resolve account-related questions while providing excellent customer service Maintain compliance, accuracy, and professionalism

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of consumer lending, banking, or financial sales Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working with numbers and performance goals Ability to work independently and as part of a team
