Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Servicing Representative to join our team at the Palmyra facility. This full-time position offers a consistent Monday-Friday, 40 hour per week work schedule, providing key support for loan operations and customer service.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING IN PERSON - NOT REMOTE.
Operate and reconcile a cash drawer. Process loan payments, line of credit advances, deposits, withdrawals, and cash checks. Handle funding tickets for new and renewed loans. Take and respond to loan servicing phone calls and emails. Provide backup support for processing daily reports (Premier Notices, Right to Cure Notices, Activity Posted, Payoffs). Handle RMS letters (Mortgage Past Due). Process payoff requests. Process vehicle lien releases. Maintain address changes. Order coupon books and assist loan servicing and production staff as needed. Support loan officers with administrative tasks. Assist with opening and processing insurance mail, sending escrow insurance documentation to the appropriate personnel. Assist with tracking insurance correspondence, barcode and scan documents, and communicate with insurance companies when necessary. Excellent customer service and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous loan department experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Working knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and internal policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications (data entry, email, etc.).
